Noah Weiner is a high school sophomore from Michigan, who is deathly allergic to dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame, has other intolerances, and has self-injected epinephrine. Although he also has asthma and EOE, and has had many allergic reactions, he has been able to be very independent in managing his food allergies. Noah recently traveled to Europe and ate out very often, which is why he is taking part in this presentation about traveling with food allergies.
