Emily Hall is a 20 year old student at the University of Central Arkansas, who is studying Elementary Education. She lives with severe peanut and tree nut allergies that she has had  since her childhood years. Her younger sister, Avery, suffers with severe food allergies, as well. Emily feels naturally compelled to educate on the dangers of food allergies. She has worked with various businesses, student nursing classes, college campus cafeterias, and student groups to increase awareness about the dangers of food allergies, and continues to share her own personal experiences on living with food allergies.
