Teens who are living with food allergies face a daily challenge.  You take precautions, check labels, carry your medication and you know and follow your emergency care plan.  These are the tools you use to maintain your physical wellness.  But what about your emotional wellness?  Because living with a food allergy can be a challenge to school life, friendships and to the choices you'll make as you become more independent - you've got even more stress than most teens!  You need tools to maintain your emotional wellness too.  Learn some of these tools in this session and find out how wellness works to help you enjoy life more!
