Yoga & Other Tips for Managing Food Allergies and Asthma

Allergies are complicated pathologies, which are understood and addressed a number of different ways in various healing communities. Most would agree that a natural approach is ideal whenever possible. Tracy will explain how simple yoga techniques can be used to minimize stress and anxiety, which have similar physical effects as the allergic reactions themselves, and walk participants through some breathing exercises and postures that they can practice anytime anyplace.
